Hunter Parrish

Columbia, MO

Hunter has been born and raised in Missouri. He started chasing waterfowl with his father and grandfather when he was 5 years old in Northern Missouri. Witnessing mallards funnel into flooded wetlands had Hunter instantly hooked. Since then he has gone with his dad to the blind any chance he had. Throughout the years, Hunter has been blessed with the opportunity of hunting waterfowl in many states in the Midwest, and even Canada. Hunter also serves on the Banded/Avery Pro-Staff. He has also become immersed in retriever training. While he doesn't train his dog, he loves taking his black lab, Bogey, out to train to keep him sharp when he gets back from his trainer. Hunter has been to hunt tests and field trials in recent years, and really enjoys it. In the off-season, Hunter enjoys: spending time with his family, training Bogey, and is an avid golfer. Hunter played college golf and still competes in amateur tournaments across Missouri and recently was runner-up in the Missouri State Amateur Tournament.
