Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be purchased directly from Patternmaster.com
  • Item must be in new condition
  • Item must include all original packaging, inserts, and components
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or visibly used products
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or modified items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or improper ammunition

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return for a refund, exchange, or warranty claim:

Call 877-388-2259 with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Item(s) you are filing a claim on
  • Reason for the claim
  • Location and proof of purchase from an authorized retailer
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We cannot issue refunds for items that do not reach our facility.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive the item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund or denial may apply.

4. Exchanges

  • Call 877-388-2259 with your request
  • Exchanges depend on product availability
  • Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements as above
  • We ship the replacement once the original item has been received and inspected

5. Warranty Claims

Patternmaster Chokes strives to make the best tube on the market; however, there are some circumstances beyond our control, such as environment, firearm variance, and ammunition failure.

Therefore, Patternmaster Chokes offers a lifetime manufacturer warranty that covers materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of our products. The product must have been purchased directly from Patternmaster Chokes or from a Patternmaster Chokes Authorized Dealer. Purchase receipt is required.

Patternmaster Chokes has a select few Authorized Dealers through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.com, eBay.com, and Walmart.com. If you decide to purchase from a third-party marketplace through a seller that is not authorized, this warranty will not apply.

Please note, this manufacturer’s warranty will only cover tubes that were manufactured since 2011, as prior to that, tubes may have been produced at other manufacturing facilities that do not maintain a warranty for their products.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Occurrences due to disregard of posted disclaimers, warnings, and recommendations, including those listed on the website tube description or tube packaging
  • Occurrences due to failure to properly use and maintain the product, including instructions listed on the product packaging
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers

Patternmaster is not responsible for user negligence or improper use and installation that may cause:

  • Damage to property
  • Bodily injury
  • Product malfunction

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship, if possible. Contact us immediately at info@patternmaster.com or 877-388-2259.

If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return once it arrives.
