Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
  • High-volume periods (season openings, holidays, promotions) may require 2–5 business days

You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and a tracking email once the order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery time depends on your selected service at checkout.

Typical estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight / Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday volume
  • Rural or remote locations

Once shipped, transit times are controlled by the carrier.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination
  • Chosen shipping method

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

You may use this link to track the delivery status at any time. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@patternmaster.com.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Patternmaster is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check around your property
  • Confirm with household members or neighbors
  • Wait 24 hours (shipping carriers may mark early)
  • Contact the carrier directly

Patternmaster is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered.

However, email us at info@patternmaster.com and we will do our best to help point you in the right direction.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will review and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Availability will appear at checkout.

Important notes for international customers:

  • Customs fees, VAT, import duties, and taxes are not included in our prices
  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times vary widely depending on customs processing and local carriers

International orders may take 2–4 weeks or longer depending on destination.

8. Undeliverable or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to pick up from carrier
  • Refusal of delivery

We will issue a refund for the product(s) only, minus shipping charges. If you want the order reshipped, new shipping costs will apply.

9. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes out of stock after you place an order:

  • You will be contacted via email
  • You may choose to wait, replace the item, or receive a refund

We do not ship partial orders unless specifically arranged.
