Patternmaster has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to be happy! If you have purchased a Patternmaster tube through our website at www.patternmaster.com or directly from one of our Representatives at a Trade Show and are not completely satisfied, we will give you your money back or exchange the tube. Just give us a call. Patternmaster Customer Service Team will assist with the return instructions and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number that will help speed the process. Toll free 877-388-2259 Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.

This Guarantee is extended to U.S. retail customers who purchased directly from Patternmaster.

* Shipping fees will not be refunded if the purchase from Patternmaster was completed as ordered. If there was an error on our part, we will be happy to email a Return Shipping label.

  • To receive a refund Patternmaster requires:
    • A complete return form, click here (Also located at the bottom of this screen and our homepage at www.patternmaster.com)
    • Purchased directly from Patternmaster
    • Have Receipt or Proof of purchase
    • RA number written on the outside of your return package

Patternmaster Return Policy

Returns or Exchanges that are past 30-day guarantee deadline will not be eligible for a refund. However, we still want you to be satisfied.

If you purchased the tube directly from Patternmaster and it is in NEW condition but has been over 30 days since you purchased, we will be glad to exchange the tube. Call Customer Service at 877-388-2259 for return instructions and Return Authorization (RA) number. Some exchanges are subject to an upcharge. Please include $10 shipping and handling fee and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

All International sales are final and not subject to this policy.

If you purchased the tube from a Patternmaster dealer please return to the place of purchase and follow their store return policies. In cases where this is not possible, please call Patternmaster Customer Service at 877-388-2259.

All returns are subject to inspection and possibly determined outside the scope of our return policy.
