I am from Chico, a small town in Northern California. I am finishing up an Agricultural business degree at UC Davis. I have lived in the Sacramento Valley my entire life where I have learned to duck hunt the rice fields with my father. In the heart of the Pacific Flyway, I have grown up shooting a wide variety of waterfowl including widgeon, northern pintail, mallards, specklebelly geese, teal, and everyone’s favorite, the northern shoveler. I have always been an outdoorsman. If I was not duck hunting, I would be fishing on the Sacramento River for salmon or striper, deer and bear hunting the local mountains, or hunting the creek bottom for quail, pheasant, dove and turkeys.
